After long deliberations, the WAI se- lection committee awarded Jenn Nash, WAI 51225 and member of the First in Flight Chapter, the 2017 Dorothy Hilbert Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award. Jenn was cited for being an enthu- siastic participant in chapter events, even when she was deployed to the Mid- dle East. She set up the chapter's web- site and calendar, arranged a Google Hangout, and created a how-to video for chapter meetings. Jenn has also been active in Girls in Aviation Day events. ✈ Next year in Reno, Nevada The 2018 International Women in Aviation Conference will be held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The conference headquarters hotel is the Peppermill Reno. Add the dates to your calendar, March 22-24, 2018, and get ready to connect, engage, and inspire again next year.
