Dear Conference Atendees: Welcome to the 27th annual Women in Aviaton Internatonal Conference. On behalf of the WAI board of directors and staf, we are glad you have joined us here in Nashville. And don't forget the social side of things either. Enjoy the special functons including tours of the Beechcraf Heritage Museum in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and the Country Music Hall of Fame here in Nashville, and of course the opening recepton, luncheon, and banquet here on site. We have four honorees being inducted into the WAI Pioneer Hall of Fame this year, and many scholarships to award throughout the week. And speaking of the banquet, this is one event you defnitely do not want to miss. Our $10 Million Banquet will celebrate the incredible WAI scholarship program, and honor our WAI Pioneer Hall of Fame inductees. We have some excitng news and speakers planned that night, and an announcement you will want to be a part of. The speakers we have invited this year are some of the aviaton industry's best—including top industry government leaders, astronauts, air racers, fight instructors, fight atendants, earthrounders, and more. They are sure to inspire and motvate you with their personal stories and the challenges they've overcome to live their dreams. Also, contnuing to incorporate atendee feedback, we have modifed the Fast Pass program again this year by beginning the face-to-face meetngs with potental employers and hiring briefngs on Wednesday. The program will end at noon on Friday to allow partcipants to enjoy the other components of the conference and not have to worry about missing out on other events. One part of the program that stays the same: Priority for assignment of Fast Pass tme slots is based on the years of actve membership. We're happy to provide this important networking opportunity for WAI members during the conference and look forward to contnuing to improve the program to the beneft of all. This is a year to celebrate our heritage, our growth, and our future. I look forward to seeing all of you this week!
