Since Girls in Avi- ation Day, we've put a lot of focus on our Delta Air Lines tour that took place on October 27. This time, we were able to accommodate over 40 students and faculty members on the tour. Chapter mem- bers had the opportunity to connect with Auburn alumni while tak- ing a tour of Delta's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. During the tour, members split up into management and pilot groups based on interests. Our members flew A-320 and B-767 simulators, took tours of Tech Ops and Inflight Training and were able to connect with current Delta leaders. Each semester we plan a tour so that our members are able to better learn about aviation career paths both on the flying and management side. ✈ BLUEGRASS CHAPTER We had a great Ɵme giving it back during our recent outreach event when we packed meals for those in need in our community. ATLANTA GONE WITH THE WIND CHAPTER The chapter was delighted to have Wally Funk speak at the monthly meeting. CLEVELAND CHAPTER Dr. Peggy Chabrian spoke at the Cleveland Chapter's November Distinguished Lecture, sponsored by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Ohio Aerospace Institute, an approved WINGS credit FAA Safety Seminar on the topic of aero- nautical decision making.
