28 AviationforWomen M A Y / J U N E 2 0 1 8 Reaching Our Members MARCH 22-24 2018 Reno WAI 2018 This year marked a number of additions to the conference agenda, including Minute Mentoring, an Aerospace Engineering Meet & Greet session, an open public session for new and professional drone operators, lots of chapter-specific leadership sessions, and designated Super Mentors (WAI members with 30 years or more experience in the aviation and/or aerospace in- dustry who have "been there, done that.") As part of WAI's strategic mission to provide the best resources for its members, a #MeToo survey was added to the official conference app to help guide WAI's more in-depth full membership survey later this year.
