Join Women in Aviation International Today Deborah Baugh joined to provide career opportunities she didn't have. Deborah Baugh is a real estate entrepreneur, Young Eagles pilot, and owner of a T-34 Mentor. She is also WAI's first lifetime member. Joining Women in Aviation International (WAI) in 1995, she remembers with fondness the early conferences and how WAI has grown and flourished over the years. "There was nothing like WAI when I was young," she says. "Now young people can learn about all the different aviation careers. WAI is just awesome." In WAI, Deborah has found fun and fellowship and a way to give a hand up to the next genera- tion of women in the aviation community. She loves to mentor and encourage young women to spread their wings and make the most of their lives and opportunities that come their way. No matter where you are in your career— just starting out or thinking about retirement— being part of WAI means you can surround yourself with like-minded women who support you and believe that your dreams today will be your reality tomorrow. Want to help other women realize their goals and have fun doing it? You can make a difference, for yourself and others. Join Women in Aviation International today!
