WAI Fall Board Meetng Held in Ohio The Women in Aviation International board of directors held its fall meeting in Dayton, Ohio, in October, with many of the board members also visiting WAI headquarters in West Alexandria, Ohio, the day before the meeting. The new budget was approved, procedures for nominating new board members and offcer positions were discussed, and a review of the Girls in Aviation Day event in September took place. The board will meet again at the 27th annual International Women in Aviation Confer- ence in Nashville, Tennessee, in March. Nominate Chapter Volunteer of the Year Chapters are reminded to submit nominations for the Dorothy Hilbert Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award. One nominee per chapter may be submitted. Nominations should be sent to Outreach Director Molly Martin (mmartin@wai.org) by February 1.
